As your therapist, I would offer you both support and strategies for developing resilience as you move through this stage of your life's journey. I have over 25 years of experience with young people: as a teacher, crisis counselor, outpatient therapist and school social worker specializing in substance use and addiction. I have helped people to cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, grief, school related stress, family dynamics and relationship issues.
