I have always had a passion for creating positive change in those around me. I have worked with adults and have always encouraged those to create a vision that inspires them to stay the course no matter how difficult. One of my very favorite quotes are “Write the vision, make it plain.” – Habakkuk 2:2. I always remind my patients that a written vision gives you the correct directions and coordinates you need to follow to get to your desired destination. It gives you the inspiration and motivation you need to push through life’s toughest challenges.
