My name is Shequeeta Barnes and my preferred name is Q! I am originally from Colorado Springs and found myself loving Northern Colorado. I am married and have a very energetic one-year-old. I graduated from Colorado State University in 2018, and I have a Master of Social Work. I have worked in many clinical settings, and have a client-centered and strengths-based approach. Our strengths help us navigate through any challenging situation and increase our resilience. Everyone has something powerful and unique about them.
