With over a decade of experience in behavioral health, I bring a compassionate, grounded, and responsive approach to therapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and am deeply committed to helping individuals from all walks of life navigate life’s challenges—from work-life balance and everyday stress to trauma and crisis recovery. I have interned with Glendale Fire Department and continue to volunteer with the VFW to support veterans, I understand the unique stressors and demands faced by those who serve. I am also proud to provide an affirming, inclusive space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
