I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 16 years of experience supporting individuals and families navigating depression, anxiety, substance-use concerns, mood disorders, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I also have extensive experience working with those impacted by traumatic events and substance-use history. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your emotions, deepen self-awareness, and begin healing with support that meets your unique needs. I use mindfulness-based and spiritually-informed approaches, along with dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused techniques. I work creatively and flexibly to tailor treatment to each person or couple I serve.
