I see therapy as both a healing process and a path of discovery. Traditional approaches can be profoundly useful, but for many people, they reach a point where insight alone doesn’t feel complete. They want to move beyond analysis into deeper connection — with themselves, with others, and with something greater than themselves. In my work, I help clients access this connection by cultivating awareness of their own inner guidance system, that intuitive voice within each of us that quietly points the way toward truth, healing, and alignment.
