Growing up and becoming an adult and figuring life out can be full of bumps in the road, detours and roadblocks. We have to learn how to navigate them and come out on the other side. I can help understand how your past has gotten you to this point and how you move forward. I am licensed in Kentucky with 20 years of professional work experience. In 2001, I graduated from the University of Louisville with a Master's Degree in Social Work. From 2002 until June 2022, I worked helping foster youth and clients in their own apartments learn how to handle the traumas they had experienced in their biological family.
