Hi! I am a pre-licensed mental health counselor offering therapy in-person and online. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College and have experience supporting people of all ages in both educational and therapeutic settings. I’ve worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, and Autism in both individual and group therapy. I also enjoy working with children and teens, as well as providing parent coaching services to support healthy family dynamics. I’m passionate about helping clients build emotional awareness, strengthen relationships, and develop practical coping skills.
