Hello. Reaching out for help is often difficult, and you did just that by clicking on my page. I approach my work with care and compassion to provide my client's with the most effective form of treatment for them. My style emphasizes present moment awareness as well as the relationship between thoughts and feelings. I believe that no two people are alike, and therefore I combine all of my life experience along with my clinical training to ensure that each of my clients has their own unique experience.
