My ideal client is someone who is ready to make some changes in their life but might not know exactly what those are. They suffer from various mental health disorders, self-esteem issues, motivational issues, and other general quality of life problems. They want to learn better thought processes, coping skills, and behavioral techniques to improve their lives and overall mental health. My ideal client also wants to take a whole body and brain approach to their wellness, as my practice is located in a wellness collective with a gym and a spa.
