As a Wellness Advocate my career path has included work in integrated behavioral health settings with an emphasis on dual diagnosis. I utilize an interdisciplinary approach to treatment that includes CBT Techniques, somatic healing, meditation, psychological first aid, psychoeducation, and case management services.
