I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and have extensive training and experience working with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, family and relational challenges, transitional issues and grief. The impact of situational or ongoing stress takes a toll in emotional and physical ways. Many times, until we address what is driving our emotional and stress reactions, our symptoms of stress will continue and often escalate. I offer a compassionate and holistic space to address what is challenging you, and assist you in connecting with your resiliency and strengths.
