My therapeutic philosophy revolves around the belief that each individual possesses the wisdom and strength to overcome their challenges. As a therapist, I see myself as a facilitator, guiding you on a path of self-discovery and helping unlock your own inner resources and strength. This strengths-based, client-centered approach is going to look different for each person I work with and may require the use of different therapeutic modalities, which range from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic, and many others.
