Currently accepting new clients. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who has education and experience in family life. Life transitions are often a place where it is easy to become stuck. I love the word “choose” because we have the ability to make more choices than it sometimes appears. Do you need help seeing the choices you can make to become unstuck, or to strengthen yourself and/or your relationships? I have personal experience with and training to help others with grief-one of the hardest things a person can experience in this life. Losing a loved one is not the only way to experience grief. Loss of health, dreams, jobs, relationships and other experiences often result in grief. I would love to walk alongside you on a journey of healing.
