I offer individual psychotherapy for adults with a focus on trauma healing and treatment. I also support people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, and other stressors. I practice through a social justice lens and believe that our experiences can only be understood within the political and social contexts in which we live. As part of our therapy, we explore how social systems and structural oppression have impacted your beliefs about yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.
