About
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor originally from the island of Barbados. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, and I have worked in various settings supporting adolescents, adults, and families. Currently, I focus on helping youth manage intense emotions and develop coping strategies that last. In 2019, I was honored to receive a Golden Palm Award from Palm Beach County for creating TIBS (Therapeutic Intervention Breaks) room—a space specifically designed to support teens experiencing emotional overwhelm. Outside of therapy, I deliver personal items/necessities to the homeless.
