I have extensive experience in addictions, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, money issues, career issues & body image. My interactive, insightful style is direct, perceptive, spontaneous & sensitive. Self-awareness & self-care along with stress management skill building are keys to healthy living. My clients tell me they find me easy to talk with and that they feel helped by our work together. I am the recipient of the National Association of Social Workers (MA chapter) 2020 Lifetime Achievement Award. I have been in practice for more than 30 years. I work with culturally & ethnically diverse populations and specialize in individual and couples therapy with LGBTQ & straight clients.
