I take a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy, working in partnership with you to provide the support and tools you need to feel empowered and in control of your life. I offer guidance on managing stressors, navigating work-life balance, boosting self-esteem, addressing perfectionism, combating burnout, and enhancing relationships in personal and professional life. I am dedicated as well to working with women on a diverse range of issues that can arise during infertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. In addition I work with neurodivergent individuals who are diagnosed or self identify with ADHD and/or Autism.
