I attended Adelphi University for both my undergraduate and graduate studies. I earned both a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Adelphi. Since graduation, I have worked as a clinial psychotherapist providing individual therapy to seniors, adults, adolescents and children. I specialize in treating clients, who suffer from anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and phobias. I have developed an eclectic therapeutic treatment approach. However, my individual approach gravitates towards cognitive behavior theory. My work with clients focuses on their realization that their various disorders stem from their erroneous beliefs about themselves.
