Therapy should feel like a place where you can breathe, slow down, and talk openly without feeling judged. I work with children, teens, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, behavior concerns, family stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed or unsure of how to move forward, and together we work toward more clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. Clients describe me as warm, steady, and easy to talk to. I take time to understand what is happening beneath the surface and help you build coping skills, strengthen communication, and feel more grounded.
