Don't give up on improving or even alleviating your anxiety and/or depression symptoms. The goal is not only to learn coping mechanisms but to get to the bottom of the cause, even if it's been a life-long situation. As an Oklahoma Licensed Therapist and Registered Florida Telehealth Provider, I offer individual counseling to adults with an emphasis on resolving the root causes of depression and anxiety. Some common causes are self-confidence, self-image, obsessive negative thought patterns or perceptions, trauma triggers and responses, and sometimes just not knowing how to problem solve for things we don't have control over. My specialty is focusing on root causes of behaviors and difficult emotions and helping my clients to find what they have control over and how to let go of what they don't.
