Are you feeling stuck while others seem to skate through life? You're not as alone as you may think. Problems with living are part of being human — and therapy can help. I work with a diverse group of young and older adults. To each, I bring interest in — and respect for — their identity, culture, beliefs, practices and stage of life. Issues I help with include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, sexuality, compulsions, grief and caregiving. However my experience is wide, and whatever issues you bring are welcome.
