I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with adults, couples, teens and families. I received my Bachelor’s degree in 2002 from the University of California, Davis and earned a Masters degree in 2006 from Sacramento State. My therapy approach is to meet my clients exactly where they are in their present struggle offering support, guidance and understanding that is free from judgement and criticism. My practice is influenced by a variety of therapeutic techniques that focus primarily on the relationship I have with each client. I am a genuine person who brings hope, growth and life back into the lives of my clients.
