I am a licensed professional counselor in the State of Virginia. My goal as a counselor is to empower clients to mindfully change their lives in a positive manner by focusing on recovery and welfare, and promoting healthy personal growth. Throughout my counseling experience, I have worked with a variety of issues, including marital and family dynamics issues, blended families, parenting and co-parenting issues, with a concentration on cultural influences, in a wide age range, starting from early childhood to late adulthood. I have also helped individuals with mood disorders, adjustment challenges, and chemical dependency problems.
