I specialize in supporting young adults and adults—especially first-generation South Asian and culturally diverse individuals—who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and family or relationship challenges. Many of my clients are high-functioning and appear to be doing well on the outside, while privately carrying the weight of stress, self-doubt, or past pain. I offer a gentle, culturally affirming space where you can slow down and feel safe to explore your story. My approach integrates EMDR, mindfulness, DBT, and nature-based ecotherapy, with a strong focus on the mind-body connection.
