I am the CEO and Clinical Director of Urban Trauma Counseling Center. We provide mental health and substance abuse counseling for Adults , and we are dedicated to helping people heal from traumatic events and live their best life. I see my role as a compassionate partner helping the client work toward healing and growth from the inside out. We work especially well with those who have experienced traumatic experiences, including traumatic grief; and helping them to improve their feelings of self-worth, self-esteem and self-acceptance.
