I understand the vulnerability required to begin a new therapeutic journey and feel honored to be a meaningful connection in the lives of each of my patients. You and I will work collaboratively, to help navigate challenging experiences. I believe many of the parts of ourselves that keep us unhappy are protective measures that were once helpful but now, no longer needed, weigh us down. I am a clinical psychologist licensed in both NY and CT. My practice supports individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, & life transitions. I have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health.
