I help clients clear blocks of self-doubt, feeling alone, shame and other so very human emotions in the way of a life full of self-love, meaning, connection and joy. I’m an LCSW therapist, coach, consultant and teacher with decades of practice with individuals and groups of diverse identities, ages and life stories in a wide array of settings. I weave together a range of therapeutic healing modalities including IFS, Hakomi and other somatic, nature-based and anti-oppressive practices. My approach is collaborative, intuitive and full of heart and is rooted in my own lived experience of healing, learning and emerging.
