As a therapist, I began my work grounded in evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT. Over time, I realized that thoughts alone don’t tell the full story—our bodies hold experiences, emotions, and protective patterns that the mind can’t always access. This led me to expand my training into body-centered “bottom-up” modalities, including Havening Technique, memory reconsolidation methods, and Coherence Therapy.
