In my work in both community behavioral health and in private practice, I have been able to work with individuals, families, and groups from a wide range of diverse backgrounds, and I deeply understand the important role culture plays. I believe that culture - how ever you define it - is an important piece of your story that is worth exploring. I feel that in gently examining some of your unmet needs, we can gain a better understanding of your concerns, to help foster a sense of serenity, peace and well-being. I believe in the mind-body connection and take an integrative, holistic approach to therapy. I use evidence-based treatment modalities, while also incorporating mindfulness-based techniques.
