I’m dedicated to helping individuals discover their sense of purpose, and offer an empathetic, meaningful, and client-centered approach to therapy. I'm passionate about walking with people as they navigate both everyday challenges and deeper, lifelong struggles—including complex trauma, grief, stress, relationship issues, performance anxiety, and identity exploration. I also have a special connection to student-athletes and high-achieving, people-pleasing individuals who often live in intense, performance-driven environments. I am currently practicing under the supervision of Andrea Whitten, Ph.D., LPC-S.
