My practice focuses on adults who are struggling and want to make changes in their lives and relationships. My training and experience has produced an approach that emphasizes clients' strengths and builds on positive behaviors and patterns to produce changes that match to them and to their life circumstances. Therapy provides a safe environment to explore, to expand and practice adaptive skills and strategies, and to learn how to maintain these skills and strategies. In the process behaviors and patterns can shift in ways that produce more rewarding interactions and move lives in more satisfying directions.
