Through compassion, kindness, and love, we strive to support you through your journey to become the best version of yourself! Now offering clinical supervision. I have over 10 years of experience in working with children and adolescents in various settings and now serving young adults. I work through a person centered and trauma informed lens. I incorporate Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, mindfulness, and/or expressive art therapy depending on the client's needs/desires.
