I'm a licensed therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. My approach is shaped by my personal therapeutic journey and by growing up in South Africa during the country’s early democratic years. That experience gave me a deep respect for diverse perspectives and cultural awareness. I strive to create an inclusive, supportive space where clients feel seen and valued. I believe every person’s path is unique, and I’m here to support them in whatever direction their growth takes them. I offer a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, exploring how movement, nutrition, and mental health connect. I specialize in young adults, using IFS, CBT, Gestalt, and Existential Therapy to foster self-understanding and support life transitions.
