I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with an office in Ashford, Connecticut. I also work statewide providing telehealth services. I work with adults ages 20 and up, including Seniors. I specialize in assisting adults who are coping with anxiety, depression, grief, and loss (including pet loss), using theoretical approaches that have demonstrated effectiveness.
