The journey of life is not a straight line. It is full of twists, turns, and unexpected detours. Sometimes we can feel lost or alone on our path. Sometimes we just need to have someone to help us process whatever it is we are going through, free of judgment or shame. When I was a child, I loved seeing fireflies at night. They made the night not quite so scary. They helped me to feel hope and magic, even when I was in the dark. Just a spark of light can help guide us when we are in the dark. That is why I named my practice Firefly Therapy.
