I also help parents navigate the challenges of raising teens struggling with bullying, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I offer a down-to-earth, judgment-free space where healing isn’t rushed, and you’re in control of the process. My style is client-centered, trauma-informed, and always focused on finding practical steps forward. Together, we can work through: anxiety, depression and emotional numbness and substance use challenges.
