I work with clients who are navigating life’s challenges and seeking meaningful change. My ideal client may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, OCD, school avoidance, autism or relationship difficulties. They might feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, overwhelmed by family or cultural expectations, or struggling to express themselves in ways that feel authentic. They want a safe, supportive space to explore their thoughts and emotions, gain clarity, and build skills to create lasting change. Their goal is to feel more balanced, resilient, and empowered in their personal and relational life.
