I help young children, adolescents, and their families, as well as young adults, who are feeling overwhelmed by big emotions, challenging behaviors, or quiet disconnection. Many of my clients want to better understand each other, reconnect, and feel more confident navigating tough moments. Using play, art, and evidence-based tools, we explore what behaviors are really communicating, uncover unmet needs, and build more compassionate family rhythms where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported. I help children and families heal through play therapy, expressive arts, and trauma-informed care. Rooted in family systems, my work focuses on strengthening caregiver-child connection, improving communication, and building emotional safety. I believe behavior is communication—and that meaningful change begins with empathy, empowerment, and connection.
