Finding an environment that is unbiased, open-minded and strength-driven is important when it comes to creating a therapeutic relationship that is collaborative and catered to your unique needs. I'm Siena, a queer, trauma-informed Psychotherapist, Doula, Yin Yoga Instructor & Lifelong Musician from Brooklyn, NY. I believe that clients are experts in their own experiences, and as your therapist, I am here to accompany you as you navigate challenges and change. As a helper, I am an admirer of human strength, emotion and vulnerability. I will help you through, integrating your values and your goals. Knowing when you need help is a strength, and facilitating that process is not easy but you should be proud of yourself for taking time for your mental health. In session, you can expect to feel heard, feel at ease, feel understood and reassured. I will guide you by examining self-care measures, relationships and life events-using compassion.
