Maybe you look like you’re doing “fine” on the outside—going to work, showing up for friends, getting things done—but inside, something feels off. Maybe your anxiety won’t quiet down, your mood feels heavy or numb, or you’re exhausted from constantly pushing through. Life wasn't supposed to feel like this. Many young adults feel anxious, alone, or disillusioned with the world around them, struggling to make sense of grief, loss, or experiences that have quietly shaped their dissatisfaction. I offer a space to slow down, understand what isn’t working (with a little humor and a lot of kindness), and heal in a sustainable way.
