I enjoy working with a wide range of themes including interpersonal and relationship concerns, anxiety, stress, depression, women's issues (e.g. intersection of mental health and menstrual cycle), life changes, explorations of spirituality, values, vocation, and life purpose, and more. Grounded in a person-centered approach, I am interested in cultivating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I view mental health as holistic, involving many interacting and interconnected layers, both internal and external. I integrate present-moment & body-centered awareness into the work, as well as nervous system regulation skills.
