In a world that is often unsafe for marginalized folx to fully express themselves, it is my mission to create a therapeutic space that is warm, nonjudgmental, creative, and above all else, safe for the authentic expression of oneself. Whether that looks like tending to trauma, exploring sexual and/or gender identity, sitting with grief, identifying attachment wounds, planning for the future, or reflecting deeper on life's journey, I am here to support my community on the vast spectrum of reasons why they landed on this webpage. Laughter, tears, silence, movement, rest, art, fidgets, and deep breaths are all welcome in the counseling space. My practice is influenced by the teachings of Feminist, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy. I hold a BA in Environmental Studies and am currently pursuing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at CSU.
