I welcome clients ready to embark on an inward journey, driven by curiosity and a desire for self-exploration with compassion and grace. My approach is rooted in viewing therapy as a journey, not a 'fixing' of brokenness, for we are not broken. Rather, we seek to understand ourselves and envision our future selves. Clients I work with often focus on anxiety, emotional regulation, coping mechanisms, mindfulness, self-compassion, and self-acceptance. Together, we commit to their healing journey in a safe and supportive space.
