If you're feeling stuck in patterns of self-doubt, struggling with relationships (romantic, familial, or even your relationship with yourself), or carrying the weight of past trauma, I’m here to help you re-author your story in a way that fosters healing, self-trust, and resilience. Using Narrative Therapy, we’ll explore the stories that shaped your identity and challenge those that no longer serve you. With CBT, we’ll develop tools to navigate emotions and stress. Through imagery-based modalities, including inner child work and trauma-focused experiential techniques, we’ll access deeper healing and reconnect with your authentic self.
