Sometimes it's hard to name exactly what's wrong—you just know something feels off in your relationships or how you see yourself. Old attachment wounds or unresolved trauma can show up as chronic self-doubt, emotional reactivity, or a constant need to stay guarded. What’s been most rewarding in my years as a therapist is witnessing the powerful changes that happen when people commit to their own healing. I earned my Master’s of Science in Counseling from the University of Phoenix in 2014 and have since supported adults 18+ in understanding and reshaping the patterns that keep them stuck.
