Siggi’s clinical areas of interest include OCD, anxiety, depression, body image concerns, trauma work, and self-discovery. She also focuses on supporting queer humans and religious minorities. Siggi focuses on a multidisciplinary approach with her main modalities being ERP for OCD/anxiety, CBT, and ACT. She also has an interest in working to encourage self-compassion, creative expression, and a value driven life. Siggi values building a strong therapeutic relationship through empathy and validation while helping individuals reach their value-based goal using these tools, along with feedback and humor.
