I believe in creating an environment that feels safe and comfortable, one where you want to share, rather than one where you feel forced to share. I always use a unique approach, one where I take what I learn about you to help us collaborate effectively and creatively on your mental health. I have experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, current and former sex workers, and both adolescents and adults. I also provide relationship therapy for couples and polycules, with a focus on relationship anarchy and non-traditional dynamics.
