Hello - my name is Sarah Nitka, LPC, founder of Silver Lining Wellness. It is my belief that therapy is a place to explore, grow and develop the skills necessary to navigate life’s challenges. I utilize connection, passion and experience to assist clients in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, stress and substance abuse. I approach each person as an individual and utilize a variety of treatment methods to suit a client's needs.
