I love what I do and clients usually describe me as easy to talk to, authentic, straightforward, empathetic and nurturing. Providing a judgment-free space that allows clients to be authentic is very important to me. I am an action-oriented clinician and I focus on providing clients with tools they can apply in real life. My theoretical approach is integrative, including CBT, ACT, EMDR, IFS, and Brainspotting. A true therapeutic connection between client and therapist is one of the strongest predictors of successful treatment. Therefore, it is extremely important to find a therapist who truly understands you and utilizes a collaborative approach focusing on your uniqueness as an individual in order to develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
